I knew it was hopeless to ask for honest, non-weasely responses. You failed to answer a single question honestly because, over and over and over, you're completely missing the point. You're responding to issues that no one but yourself raised. These are straw man arguments, every single one of them. The issue that was raised had nothing to do with whether or not Marcio should buy Vista (no one suggested that he should). It was not about the merits of Vista vs. XP. It was not about whether or not Vista is buggy. It was not about the morality of MS marketing. It was, however, very simple: was the information Marcio got from his shop owner about WHY he should not upgrade accurate and reliable? Does the shop owner appear to be knowledgable and competent? It's clear to everyone except you that she is not. You can raise all those other issues if you want, but when you do so in response to what was being talked about, it is simply obfuscation. ************************************************************************* ** List info, subscription management, list rules, archives, privacy ** ** policy, calmness, a member map, and more at http://www.cguys.org/ ** *************************************************************************
