Technically superior on paper means zip in real life. DSL's highest speed is 6+ mbit, when cable here delivers 15+ mbit on the high end and at the lowest 12mbit, how technically superior 6+ mbit is falls by the wayside. DSL is old, outdated tech and as I've said before, the idea that cable is 'shared' is at least here, a canard. Even if it *is* shared, the speed is still so fast it's above the amount you are paying for. COX has really built out the infrastructure here.
