I have plenty to do that doesn't involve troubleshooting. Simple
administration takes up more of my time than I would like it to, but it goes
with the job.

Today, I have to convince a drama queen that she doesn't need a new $450
program, when she has a tendency to throw up her hands when faced with the
slightest learning curve or unexpected hiccup, and there is a shared system
outside her office door with the program already on it. That's money better
spent elsewhere, or not at all.
