I have found several files/directories in the /home/httpd/html/horde hierarchy
that belonged to the apache group instead of the www group. After executing
chown root:www on them all seems to be working.
I don't know why the www group was not created, but it sure caused a lot of
problems.
I believe we can close this bug report.
