No, you really need to read the Wikis and follow correct procedures.

And note that for user to access and set the panel, you also need to install
the USER panel (as stated in the link above). Also, there are no need to
remove the contrib since it was not installed in the first place. I hope that
it did not wipe out config files...
Yelnic, this is a bugtracker, it is not a support forum, we are very short of
