I didn't manually reinstall all contribs.  I assumed they came across with
DAR2.  Upon reflection, probably a bad assumption.

I already removed and reinstalled smeserver-vacation today, but it didn't help.
 Users still can't log into the panel.

I'm attaching the requested info now.
