Wait, "install-gui gui-old" should be running Xpmac not XFree. Just
verified here, it's not.  Looks like I lost that functionality in porting
to the 9.1 installer.

We worked through r128 quite extensively over IRC, and were unable to come
up with a reason nor solution as to why it won't work in XFree during the
install. Post install seems to work fine.

You could look at your XFree86.0.log in /var/log from VT2 and see if
there's a module missing.  I can post the module up for you on my web
space, but to use it you'll need to do a network or HD install.
