In this Cooker as of yesterday, chooose gnome terminal. Change font to adobe 
courier size 20, and see the window expand beyond the screen. Resize to your 
liking. Close the window. Assume that you use this terminal for your daily 
work and have three or more up. Relaunch the shit, and in my 1280x1024 it 
fills the desktop. I think that it should keep my settings.
