The distro is already littered with "requires" for things that aren't really required - IMO, we should stop that practice and either fix RPM so that it can handle this situation correctly, use scripts after install to handle it, or just document the fact that spamassassin can use Razor and if the user wants they can install it. Requiring it when it's not really required is not a reasonable alternative. -- Murray J.
