I was a terrible pancake turner over and maker, (had tried many recipes scratch and boxed)until one of my blind sisters gave me her recipe which turns out great every time and she does one at a time using a one third measuring cup... I knew I had a winner when my 2 grandsons finally ate them like the taste and the way they looked! They had been my guinea pigs and trust me they were not kind but totally honest!
