There is one with five different grids, one for pancakes, one for waffles,
one for sandwiches, and not sure about the other two, and not sure if it is
available anymore; some one said you put the pancake batter on it, close the
lid and let it rip for about four minutes, no need to turn the pancakes;
this would be wonderful; I would love one like that.

I use a spatula, once I feel that the underside is seeming to be cooked,
put
it underneath & turn it over.
We use a grittle here, so we have a larger surface to work on.
