I tried that and they are so thin they were like shoe leather when I cooked them.

Another way would be in a skillet. With a couple tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil, not much at all.

I used to add some crushed pineapple on top while cooking.

Keep it covered and don't get the heat too high to avoid splatter and burning the meat.

Hi all,

I got some frozen back pork chops. They are really thin and am not sure how I can cook them. They are not like a typical pork chop. They are really thin allmost like a thin round steak but it is a pork chop. has anyone have any ideas how to cook these?
