Hi Walt,
This is Katie, I talked to you briefly a long time ago, when Charles called
you from here in Oklahoma. knowing you from Arizona a long time ago.
Now, about the pork chops they sound like maybe they are breakfast chops.
I would try to season them flour them and then with a little bit of oil, fry
them in a skillet, on low heat very slowly, then increase the heat just a
tap so they will brown a little. If you cook them to fast being that thin
they will burn or they will be really tough. Slow cooking makes things
more tender. HTH Katie
I can't do it never yet accomplished anything.
I will try has accomplished wonders

I tried that and they are so thin they were like shoe leather when I cooked
them.

If you hope to use a grill, you have to pay attention and they would have
to be turned quite quickly to keep the grease from flaming up.
Another way would be in a skillet. With a couple tablespoons of your
favorite cooking oil, not much at all.
I used to add some crushed pineapple on top while cooking.
Keep it covered and don't get the heat too high to avoid splatter and
burning the meat.

Subject: [CnD] Help with thin pork chops
Hi all,
I got some frozen back pork chops. They are really thin and am not
sure how I can cook them. They are not like a typical pork chop. They
are really thin allmost like a thin round steak but it is a pork chop.
has anyone have any ideas how to cook these?
