Hi, happy Fourth! To answer Claudia's question about the cottage cheese, if you use the small curd kind, it shouldn't be lumpy. ... And yes, it's great to be able to make your own additions/changes to recipes. Like, I might want to add mandarine oranges or marischino cherries, and leave out the pineapple.
