I totally agree.  I have been having fun with it too, making a double-decker, 
making a double cake in a bigger bowl, etc.  The one thing I wish, though, is 
that there wasn't so much mix.  I really want to try a new flavor combo, but I 
have so much white/angelfood mix that I'll have to make a hundred little cakes 
to use it all up, LOL.  Also, I wonder if there would be a way to make it more 
aesthetically pleasing?  Sighted people say it doesn't look too appetizing, 
though they do like it when they taste it.  I wonder if I could add a drop of 
some food coloring to it or something?
