I've been thinking about the grilled pineapple concept. I've had it on
kabobs and in Polynesian fajitas before, and I'm wondering how it'd be with
a very slight tinge of cayenne (or a lot of cayenne for Charles) to give it
a bit of bite. This idea comes to mind because I found the chili pepper
chocolates to be surprising and interesting.
