I always use fresh Brussels sprouts.  I pull the leaves apart a bit so
there's more space for the bread crumbs/cheese.

I would think that 350 degrees would do a great job!
When preparing this, do yu leave the frozen ones whole, or are they fresh
ones in order to make this recipe work? I love those darned things!

Okay, what temperature would you use for these? Moderate is somewhat
variable depending on who you ask.
