I like my sprouts baked.  My favorite way is to coat them with olive
oil, dip them in seasoned bread crumbs, then bake in a moderate oven
for about a half hour.  You can dip them in garlic mayo if you like.

I'd think you could substitute grated parmesan cheese for part or all
of the bread crumbs.
