Stovetop or any other stuffing mix is great in meat loaf. Turkey does not
have to lack flavor. Adding a brown gravy dry mix to a meat loaf that is
turkey is and easy trick or being creative in your spicing up the turkey and
adding alittle olive oil: a teaspoon per half pound, will make it tasty.
Also investigate some preseasoned turkey products like Italian seasoned
ground turkey, taco seasoned ground turkey, and lean oven roasted ground
turkey made by Jeny-O. They have lots of flavor. Like any other meat,
knowing how to season it is the key. If you have to switch to turkey because
of health concerns or just want to make a dietary change, you do not have to
sacrifice flavor. The Turkey Store makes some good sausage options as well.
And then there are a whole bunch of tasty chicken products to investigate
too.

It is what you do. I don't happen to like turkey meat loaf as much. It seems
dry and has less flavor. I prefer ground beef.

Yeah, and instead of breadcrumbs in your meatloaf try useing stovetop
stuffing. It's delicious.

That's what you do. Use ground turkey instead of ground beef.
