I ought to have written if a couple cookie sheets are used for cooking surfaces, there's metal clips with two metal handles on each office workers usually used to clip papers together. A couple of those clips attached across from each other before you flip helps to keep the sheets together and the floor or table less messy when you flip. Take the clips off after flipping as well as the hot sheet before putting items back in oven.

What I usually do is just toss them on the pan and usually that works and hope
for the best.

Hi,
I'm wondering what tricks you guys use when turning over a bunch of things
on an oven tray. Turning over something bigger is easy ? I usually use
gloves or a spatula, depending on how big it is. However, when it comes to
something that has been cut up into small pieces, i have no clue.
I would appreciate any ideas you guys have.
Thanks!
