Lou,

I am not familiar with the Optigrill, but use a small counter top Cuisinart
grill/griddle. I would that that you could use either a fork or a spatchula to
place meat on the grill or take it off. With a fork you can use it to feel
around to locate the food you are cooking.

Subject: [CnD] grilling question

Hello all,

This is my first post here so a bit of background. I'm 66, totally
blind and have never been much of a cook, but I've picked up enough
skills to feed myself. My wife has her own health issues, so the more
cooking I can do, the better. I recently got an Optigrill and have had
good experiences with it, but I'm still struggling with getting the
food off and on it without getting burned. How do you do that? Thanks.
Lou
