Eileen, My first thought was to use a fork, but I found the meat wouldn't stay on it. Perhaps 2 forks or tongs might do it. I just wondered what you all did. BTW, the Optigrill is one of those George Foreman type devices that has 2 grilling plates, so it grills on the top and bottom simultaneously. It has a processor that senses thickness and temperature, and shuts the grill off at the perfect time. When it works, it's great! Nicole, I've never heard of a grilling basket. Is that something you put the food in to cook on the grill? Lou
