Hello:

The instructions say you should not use metal utensils with the Optigrill. I
would consider some silicone-coated tongs. I also use some anti-steam Ove
Gloves.

Subject: [CnD] grilling question

Hello all,

This is my first post here so a bit of background. I'm 66, totally blind and
have never been much of a cook, but I've picked up enough skills to feed
myself. My wife has her own health issues, so the more cooking I can do, the
better. I recently got an Optigrill and have had good experiences with it, but
I'm still struggling with getting the food off and on it without getting
burned. How do you do that? Thanks.
Lou
