WinCOOT is defaulting to only using 1 CPU in Windows11. Hence the slow performance. When you change this in Task Manager to use all processors then it performs as it should.
Can a setting be changed within WinCOOT so it defaults to use all processors as at the moment we're having to do this in Task manager every time we open WinCOOT.
