All I'm saying is that corrosion may exist between the steel bracket and the
aluminum spar that cannot be seen without separating the two pieces of metal.
 The same is true of the steel aileron fittings on the rear spar.  Whether
there is sufficient evidence of corrosion from an external inspection only is
your call to make.  There is at least one List member who disassembled his
aileron fittings and reconditioned them.  Maybe he has something to say, I
don't remember who it was.
