Don't know what Forney, Alon or Mooney do, but for Ercoupes....

There are TWO different STANDARD sizes of wing tanks AND....
TWO different STANDARD sizes of header tanks.

8 and 9 gallons for wing tanks. 
5 and 6  gallons for the header tanks.

My 415 C has 8 + 8 + 5 = 21 gal total.
