I am with AUA and pay $428 a year for the same coverage only with $20,000
on
my hull.

I have figured the hangar every way I can, and unless you have an
incredible
deal, you could paint and recover your plane periodically, and still come
out ahead. It's GREAT to have no doubt about it, but I have had much less
bird and mouse problems on the ramp.

I have never seen a real insurance discount for being hangared.
