I don't know what business it is of yours! I am the victim of a bad IA too! That is why I need another bad IA! Preferably a blind one! Most of these people in the DC area are awfully stuck up about seeping tanks and crap like that! Personally, I think if it is only wet, not dripping liquid, then it ought to be able to pass! I've flown it about 130 hours this past year and it hasn't killed me yet! I reported the last A-hole A&P to the FAA due to him ignoring problems that made my plane unairworthy on a "paper annual". I should forward YOUR request to the FAA to alert them to what you are trying to do. There were at least 4 squawks that could have caused a fatal problem.
