We're using a basic Keurig with a My K-Cup that lets you use ground coffee
if you want.

We supply a minimal amount of ground coffee and ask members to bring their
own K-cups, very common in many offices. We're also smaller (< 25 members)
so it's functional for us.

Larger spaces would probably kill a Keurig fast.
