We technically only give conference room time to full time members and
teams. Part-timers can buy a block of 8 hours for $50, although I've had
them ask for an hour here or there and we accommodate. It's more important
to us to be flexible and easy. I've only asked one member about going over
his limit and we worked something out.
As far as tracking it, we've got calendars on the doors to schedule, so I
keep an eye out for anyone using it too much, but I don't lose any sleep
over it. Other than that, the 2 conference rooms are empty as often as
they're full with 46 members so unless it becomes an issue, we're leaving it
alone.
