We're just getting started but our current plan is for just an hour or two,
any member of any level can use either conference room.

For 4 or 8 hour blocks our full time members have complete access, others
have a fee for booking either size block. We're so new it's not come up yet,
and mostly our members will be using the conference room for quick calls or
podcasting/skyping. So we'll see, the plans may change :D
