Were pretty flexible, thats the problem though, as some members have
been slightly inconsiderate of other members conference room needs. We
decided to take one large private office and turn it into a smaller
meeting room, helped a little. Just wondering if there was an easier
way of tracking and scheduling since our rooms are always booked.

do, and its great because it gives community members who are here
full time more of a reward , to have more hours of access than
members who only come 4 times a month.

through the Google calendar and through their membership plan, but
I was wondering if anyone has a more efficient system.
