We have two small conference rooms for member (full-time only, at $150 or $175 per month) use. Anytime they want, free, just schedule it via our high tech paper sheet on the wall.
Members can also use the entire space (1700 sq feet) for free after hours for classes, presentations, meetings, etc. If they wanted to, they can use it 30 days a month. Again high tech scheduling via whiteboard. We have had the occasional Chamber mixers here during the day, but, the member in charge has to get permission from the other members. But, it is good for small businesses (our members) to have the entire Chamber here (100+ people)...great networking....(and we get free food!). Mike PS: I spent the last 4 years of my working life developing a web-based scheduling system for video conferencing.
