We have two conference rooms, one for 12 pax, the other for 25 pax. Both of them are included in the yearly and monthly member package to use free of charge 2 hours/day. For hourly members, coffee members and non-members, the conference rooms cost 2.5USD/person/hour with wifi, projector and tea included.
Our conference rooms can be booked online, but final approval is done by administrator(our space manager). http://xindanwei.com/service/ We give priority to the monthly and yearly members if there are any conflicts, and for hourly members, coffee members and non-members, we have a card-punching clock to record the usage time, it is a electronic clock where you can stick a stiff card in to record your time to get in and the time to get out, a bit like the system in the old factory for workers to do their day/night shift, we thought it was funny, cheap and useful, up to now, it works just perfectly, costs only 50 USD.
