We have two conference rooms, one for 12 pax, the other for 25 pax. Both of 
them are included in the yearly and monthly member package to use free of 
charge 2 hours/day. For hourly members, coffee members and non-members, the 
conference rooms cost 2.5USD/person/hour with wifi, projector and tea included. 

Our conference rooms can be booked online, but final approval is done by

We give priority to the monthly and yearly members if there are any conflicts, 
and for hourly members, coffee members and non-members, we have a card-punching 
clock to record the usage time, it is a electronic clock where you can stick a 
stiff card in to record your time to get in and the time to get out, a bit like 
the system in the old factory for workers to do their day/night shift, we 
thought it was funny, cheap and useful, up to now, it works just perfectly,
