The problem is, our phone booths are not completely built out and so our
open space is the only place to take a conference call unless you want to
pay to use a room. We have had issues with customers taking advantage of
the phone booth issue and using a room anyway. Many talks and compromises
happened and we ended up with a solution: you can use one of the rooms as
long as it is not reserved up to 30 minutes for private calls until our
phone booths are finished. Still though, people take advantage and stay in
there for over an hour. Besides talking more with people I am not really
sure what we can do. There is no way I can allow them to use the room for
free that long given our current rules/pricing. Anyone had similar
experiences?
