Hey Megan, We've been working on a mail solution for coworking spaces like yours. I think the ideal solution is not dealing with mail at all, which is where Earth Class Mail would step in to process and deliver the mail to the recipient.
Outside of the actual hassle in dealing with mail, there are also risks associated with handling mail addressed to other businesses.
