Randy, without providing a forwarding address, I think it's the same as just throwing it away, but not sure.
Also, I'm a bit weary of that since I don't want the post office to think "Fort Work" is no longer at the address, just the individual in question. Given the chance of ambiguity, I'd rather avoid the risk that we'll lose mail we do want to receive.
