Yes, we agree on that point. :) However, the people who I'm talking to about funding want to know what my plan is for when I'm NOT far, far away from overbooking, and they also want to know what metrics I'll be using to determine when I'm close to that point. I was certain most of you have faced this, and so was hoping for input in relation to your experiences. Thanks! :)
