Yayyy Rob!

1) Plus, Ed's purchasing at premium rates all the "outsourcing" of the 
Chinese takeout place. (Remember that general increase in "productivity?")

2)Plus, he is purchasing mostly with capital, since the ROI on potstickers 
is close to zero. Figure the downside of the MSG on health variables and 
insurance ....

3)Plus, using slave labor of children to chop veggies, using 
state-discounted energy to heat the wok, and having the wife stir fry saves 
more than marginal takeout leverage. It also means Ed can continue to be 
productive in the den while dinner is prepared instead of dealing with 
transportation and transfer costs of the take-out. After hours telecommuting 
productivity also cuts into any savings the takeout would have supplied, 
IMHO. Ya gotta park the car and wait till the order is bagged up, too.
