In this case I was discussing chinese food, Mark, and the MSG I was
referroing to is "monosodium glutimate", a seasoning agent ubiquitous in
takeout food. It is linked to cancer and to heart problems, as it speeds up
heart rate. (It also gives my girlfirend a headache 10 min after ingestion.)
George, I apologize for all the acronymics. Julien is attemting to revive my
french, but it is a slow process .... ;-)
