Yes, the most likely candidate is the Jira DVCS connector plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-bitbucket-connector-plugin We have it installed it in a sandbox (within Intel network - I can send you the link if you are interested), but couldn't configure it in the public server because of the crash that was mentioned.
