I do not believe that the locks are interchangeable.

If the lock/cylinder is the only thing that is damaged, then they're not 
that expensive.  I believe no more than $50 (USD) from the local dealer.  I 
say "expensive" when compared to the same thing for say a Porsche 914 where 
it's $150+ for the assembly.

If you get it from the dealer, which I highly recommend, you should be able 
to have them key it for your current key.  That way you don't have to have 
two sets of keys.  This should also not be an additional charge but double 
check.

Replacing it is pretty straight forward.  You'll have to pull the door 
panel off and then you will see how the assembly is held into place ~ 2 
bolts of not mistaken.
