Well, how is valve expecting people to have plugins when they are updating their internal code "structure" and not extending those functions to updated interfaces. I know for a fact that AlliedMods gives you a reverse engineered sdk for creating plugins. They wouldn't do it if valve kept them updated...on csgo, and on css/tf2 !
