You mean setting process to a single core or proprity of the process? "taskset -c corenumberhere" for setting process to certain core (cores 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 for 8cpu processor) or "renice -20 pid" for process priority.

I tested 64 tick 32 slots a month ago on a 2.66GHz.
Did not work.

Drop your tic from 128 to 100 and report back. I believe dm's don't need 128 and 100 should be enough. I know you want 128 but I can't think of another game that has this high of a refresh rate.

Just tried 24 slot DM with:
    2x Intel Xeon E5-2643 v2 (25M Cache, 3.50 GHz, Turbo 3.80 GHz)
    2x 8GB RDIMM (1600MT/s)
    2x SSD 240GB
2x Broadcom 57810-k Dual port 10Gb Network Card

    No stable tickrate.
