Thanks epicoder,
I'd like to add that it doesn't matter how large or small your or our
community is, Mr. Loveless, be grateful for the fact that you even have to
opportunity to communicate with Valve. It only makes their job harder
having to deal with whiny people like yourself. The irony of someones
"must earn respect" comment is so strong.

Something else that has bothered me as well, people acting like Valve has
no dedication to "them", please, spare me. If they had no dedication to
"you" this game wouldn't exist, and no updates would have happened. You do
realize that the developers at Valve aren't assigned to CS:GO, right? They
can choose to work on whatever they want, and the fact that they stick to
CS:GO even when getting emails from people like you speaks volumes to their
character far and away above yours.

The majority of us joined this listserv to get updates from Valve as to
when updates are happening to the game we love, not to hear whiny
complaints. Please spare us the whining and post informative, professional
posts. All of us in a professional environment have to deal with crap
constantly, it's how you deal with it that defines you, and it's looking to
me like maybe this isn't the right field for you. In any other industry,
you just lost your biggest client. Emails like that are unacceptable,
especially to people that are putting food on your table.

Sorry if it was more of a directed attack, the lack of respect just
frustrates me as a whole, and this is a spot that is a more direct
communication with Valve and should be treated with a higher standard.

Have a good day boys,

Steve
