Much as I feel that this dude's still projecting about his server problems
by talking shit to everyone, can we please focus on the main issue here?

I for one absolutely hate it that small issues making the loudest noise (in
reddit etc) grab Valve's attention faster than major underlying issues such
as the lobby reservation thing.

It's getting fucking frustrating having to play catch-up tech support on my
gameservers for 10+ hours a day, especially after problems from Valve's
side.

Valve, can we have ANY sort of comment? Anything?
