Maybe the way the Providers ddos protection works can be the issue.

We had a strange issue when hosting on a different provider than our
usual. Our servers took forever to show up in the browser using
SYS(OVH). All of our servers on NFO(nfoservers.com) show up near instantly.
We never figured out why there was such a difference.
