Russian is odd with a neuter Sun "solntse", a feminine Moon "luna" and a
masculine Earth "svet" or "mir". Here's some extra weirdness: Svet can mean
"Earth" or "light". Mir can mean "Earth" or "peace".
In Irish, both the Sun "grian" and Moon "gealach" are feminine. The Earth "an
domhan" is masculine.
