Not much different from HP, really. Your best bet is to purchase at a
big-box store if you want name brand; at least they will accept a return
(I believe??) if you read the warranty closely and purchase the add-on
maintenance.
Any mail-order supplier has the same problem! I *AM* surprised to see HP
outsourcing to India so fast, ..
The easiest question I ask when getting someone in India is 'please
connect me with someone that speaks english'.
