Is this a great country, or what? Carl Scott Granneman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: I purchased an expensive HP Pavillion in early 2005, along with premium support. By the fall of 2005, the machine was having serious problems. I have been going round & round with HP tech support, & it has been a complete disaster. I am documenting the entire debacle on my web site, at:

As a result of HP's incompetence, ineptitude, deceit, and failure to help me or solve my problem, I will never buy anything from Hewlett-Packard (or Compaq, their subsidiary) again. The only way to get companies to stop screwing over customers is to let as many people as possible know about their shoddy service and support. Scott -- R.
